Perfect Finish Promise™ – Full Terms & Conditions

The Perfect Finish Promise™ applies to decals damaged during the initial installation process only.

If a decal is accidentally torn or damaged while being applied for the first time, Tiny Walls will replace the affected decal piece free of charge.

Conditions of the Promise

• Applies during first installation only
• Decals are repositionable during application but are not designed for repeated repositioning over multiple days
• Adhesive strength may reduce after excessive lifting and reapplying
• Does not guarantee indefinite repositionability
• Decals must be installed within 3 months of purchase
• Adhesive is pressure-sensitive and not designed for long-term storage
• Decals must be stored flat, indoors, away from heat and moisture prior to installation
• One claim per order per household

To Qualify

• Customer must contact Tiny Walls within 7 days of delivery
• Clear photos of the damaged decal and wall surface must be provided
• Decals must be applied to properly prepared, smooth painted walls
• Painted surfaces must be fully cured for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to installation

Exclusions

The Perfect Finish Promise™ does not cover:

• Damage caused by decal removal
• Repeated repositioning after full adhesion
• Installation occurring more than 3 months after purchase
• Walls with peeling, chalky, flaking or poorly bonded paint
• Freshly painted walls that have not cured for at least 4 weeks
• Paint lifting due to old paint, inadequate surface preparation or poor paint adhesion
• Any paint peeling or wall damage, as this is not considered a product fault
• Textured, washable, stain-resistant or low-sheen paints that may affect adhesion
• Change of mind

Replacement is limited to the specific damaged decal piece only and does not extend to full set replacement. One replacement per order per household only.

Tiny Walls reserves the right to assess all claims before approval.
