You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or Zip — whatever suits you best.

Is everything priced in Australian dollars?

Yes, all prices are in AUD and include GST.

Can I make changes to my order?

We start printing quickly to get orders out fast, so changes usually aren't possible once it's in production. If something's urgent, get in touch right away and we'll try to help.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders are printed, packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 48 hours. In big sale periods it can take longer — we’ll let you know.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $10, and free on orders $200+. Express Post is $15, and free on orders $300+ (Australia only).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes — rates for some countries show at checkout. For anywhere else, contact us for a quote. All orders ship from Australia.

Who pays customs, tariffs and taxes on international orders?

These are set by your local customs agency and are paid by the person receiving the order.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes, for our standard decal range: you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the decals are unused, unopened and still on their original backing. Return postage is paid by you.

Wallpaper, half wall panels, scallops and trims are printed just for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. If you’re unsure, order a sample first — or send us a photo of your wall and we’ll help.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right with a replacement, repair or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I test the product on my wall first?

Yes. Every decal order includes a free test piece. For wallpaper, you can order a sample swatch.

Can I wipe them?

Yes — gently, with a soft damp cloth. Skip harsh cleaners, scrubbing or soaking.

Can I use decals in bathrooms or humid areas?

We don’t recommend it. Steam and moisture weaken the adhesive over time.

How long do they last?

On a smooth, well-prepared wall, many customers have had theirs up for years.

What walls do decals stick to best?

Smooth, clean, painted walls — ideally primer plus two coats of good acrylic paint. Avoid textured walls, flaky or chalky paint, dusty walls, and paint that’s less than 4 weeks old.

What if my wall was recently painted?

Wait at least 4 weeks. Paint can feel dry long before it’s fully cured.

How do I apply them?

Peel the decal off its sheet, place it on the wall, and smooth it down from the centre out with your hand or a cloth-wrapped card. Press firmly — the adhesive works with pressure.

Can I move a decal while I’m putting it up?

Yes, you can lift and re-place it during installation. Keep your hands and the wall clean.

How long can I keep my order before putting it up?

Put them up within 3 months. Store them flat, in the original packaging, somewhere cool and dry. Decals that sit for months (or get moved between rooms) may not stick as well.

Will the test piece tell me if my paint is OK?

It’s a risk check, not a guarantee. Put it on the same wall for 24–48 hours, then warm it and peel it slowly. If paint lifts or it bubbles, the wall needs preparing first. A clean result is a good sign, but paint can vary across one wall.

We rent. Can I use wall decals?

Lots of our customers rent. We’ll be straight with you: whether a decal comes off cleanly depends on your paint more than on the decal. Well-bonded paint over a primer usually does fine. Old, chalky, patched or poorly bonded paint can lift with any adhesive product — ours included.

So: use the free test piece on the same wall first, apply within 3 months of buying, and always remove with gentle heat. If you’re not sure, email us a photo of your wall and we’ll give you our honest opinion.

How do I remove decals?

Warm the edge with a hairdryer on low–medium heat for 30–60 seconds. Peel slowly from a corner, keeping the decal low and close to the wall. Don’t pull it straight out. Re-warm as you go, and do large decals in sections.

Can I take them with me when we move?

Sometimes, but don’t count on it. Decals that have been removed and stored often don’t stick as well the second time. If you do re-use one, check it’s fully secure — especially in a child’s room.

What are the decals made of?

Polyester fabric, printed in our Melbourne warehouse, with a water-based adhesive. They are not PVC vinyl. The finish is soft and matte, so they look painted on rather than shiny.

Where should decals go in a nursery or child’s room?

• Don’t put decals directly above a cot, bassinet or bed.
• Place them out of reach of a child in their sleeping area.
• Air the room for 24–48 hours after installing, before a baby or child sleeps there.
• Check decals now and then for lifting edges — a loose piece can be a choking hazard.
