What to send us:

See the wallpaper on your wall before you buy
Can't picture it? Send us a photo of your wall and its measurements. We'll mock up the design on your wall, so you can see how it looks before you order.
What to send us:
- A straight-on photo of the wall, in daylight
- The wall's width and height
- The design (or designs) you're deciding between
Tricky wall? We'll tell you how much to order.
Sloped ceiling, a window, an air-con unit, a wall that isn't quite square? Send us your measurements and photos and we'll work out exactly how much wallpaper you need.
What to send us:
- A photo of each wall you're covering
- Width and height of each wall (measure in 2–3 spots if it's uneven)
- Where the windows, doors and power points are, with their sizes
- The design you've chosen

Will decals work on my wall?
They go on best on fresh, clean paint that isn't chalky. Not sure about yours? Send us a photo of the wall and we'll give you an honest answer before you buy.
Where's my order?
When your order ships, we email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Can't find it? Check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? Send us your order number and we'll resend it.
Need to change your order?
Wrong address or wrong design? Tell us as soon as you can, with your order number. We'll do our best to update it before it's packed and dispatched.
