How We Can Help
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email sent to the same address used at checkout. If you can’t find it, please check your Junk or Spam folder and make sure you’re looking in the correct email account. If it’s still not there, just let us know and we’ll resend it straight away.
Product Advice
Not sure if our decals will work on your walls? You can send us a photo or ask us any questions before you buy. We’re always happy to guide you so you choose the best option for your space and feel completely comfortable with your decision.
Order Changes
If you’ve entered the wrong address or selected the wrong design, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s packed and dispatched.
After You Order – What to Expect
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. When your order is on the way, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received these, please check your Junk or Spam folder and confirm you’re checking the same email address used at checkout.

We’re located in Broadmeadows, Victoria. Our warehouse is a production-only facility, so we’re unable to offer customer pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly to you.
