We ship from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia, and we print everything in-house ourselves. Because we don't rely on third-party printing partners, we can keep things fast and maintain quality control every step of the way.

Most orders ship within 48 hours. That's the speed you get when you work with a dedicated team who cares about getting your decals to you quickly.

Sometimes we may experience high order volumes, so turnaround times can stretch out to 5 business days for dispatch during peak periods. We'll keep you updated if that's the case.

Australian Orders

During our major sale periods including Black Friday in November, EOFY in June, and our Birthday Sale in March, all orders take 12 to 15 days for us to print and dispatch. We're working hard to get your decals to you, and we greatly appreciate your patience during these busy times.

During normal business times outside of sale periods, orders are printed, packed, and ready for Australia Post pickup the next business day. Within 7 days during busy periods or courier delays.

Shipping costs: Flat rate $10 under $150. Free over $150 (Australia only).

Delivery options: Express shipping available at checkout (speeds delivery, not production time). Sent via Australia Post with tracking. Check your junk folder for the tracking email. If you're not home, Australia Post may leave it safely or take it to your post office. Signature on delivery is optional, request at checkout. Add delivery notes like "leave at front door" in checkout.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Rates for New Zealand, USA, and Canada are shown at checkout. For other countries, email hello@tinywalls.com.au for a quote.

Customs and Duties

All orders ship from Australia. Import taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. If duties remain unpaid and the order is returned, a 100% cancellation fee applies, plus return costs.

Delays and Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed, check tracking with Australia Post on 13 13 18. Still need help? Email hello@tinywalls.com.au and we'll sort it out. We'll notify you if delays occur due to high volumes or courier issues so you know what to expect.
