Buy 1 Best Seller, Get 1 Free – Terms & Conditions

THE OFFER

Buy any decal from our Best Sellers collection and get a second Best Seller free. The free decal is the lower-priced of the two. It is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

What you can do

  • Get one free Best Seller decal per order
  • Add more Best Sellers to the same order. Extra decals are charged at their normal price
  • Place more than one order. Each order gets its own free decal
  • Buy other products in the same order. Any sale prices on those products still apply

What you can't do

  • Use the offer on products outside the Best Sellers collection. This includes other decals, wallpaper, half wall panels, scallops, trims, samples, accessories and gift cards
  • Use the offer with a discount code
  • Swap the free decal for cash or store credit
  • Get a shipping refund if we combine your orders (see Shipping below)

Shipping

  • Shipping is charged per order
  • If you place more than one order, we may send them together in one parcel. Each order still gets its own free decal, so the shipping paid on each order is not refunded
  • Within Australia, standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more after discounts. Express Post is free on orders of $300 or more after discounts
  • All other shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy

Change-of-mind returns

  • Our Refund Policy applies, including our 30 day money back guarantee on unused, unopened decals
  • Returning the whole order? Send back both the paid decal and the free decal. We refund what you paid for the decals. Original shipping is not refunded
  • Keeping the free decal and returning the paid one? The decal you keep is charged at full price, and that amount comes off your refund
  • Return shipping is at your cost

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a decal is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, whether you paid for it or got it free.
