A few minutes is all it takes to transform your child's room into a beautiful and fun space with our removable wall borders.
The installation of these is very easy and only takes a few minutes to complete. Your wall border can either be installed along the top or bottom of the wall, depending on how you want it to appear.
In order to install your wall border, peel the backing off the decal and smooth it onto your wall.
Wall borders are designed to overlap by 1 cm for an uninterrupted appearance. In addition to being able to be installed around corners, they can also be cut to size if necessary.
Each wall border measures 1.2m in length by 39cm in height.
Here is how to place an order:

To determine the number of panels required, divide the number by 110cm.
Consider the following example. If you are installing along a 334cm wide wall.
334 / 110 = 3.03 (3 panels) which will give you total coverage of 330m (including the 1cm overlaps)

Our wall decals are made from premium, non-toxic polyester fabric with an enhanced, repositionable water-based adhesive. They’re soft to the touch, matte in finish, and designed to look like hand-painted artwork once applied.
You can use them throughout your home, including nurseries, bedrooms, and playrooms. They're suitable for most painted walls, including low-VOC, wash & wear, and even Teflon™-based finishes. The upgraded adhesive allows for reliable stick and gentle repositioning, making them a great choice for renters too.
To minimise any risk of paint peeling during removal, especially on delicate or high-performance paints, we strongly recommend following our Heat Release Removal Guide. Our decals are best applied to clean, dry, and smooth indoor surfaces, and are not suitable for textured walls, brick, raw concrete, or humid areas like bathrooms.

Can I use them in a rental home?
Definitely. Tiny Walls decals are designed to be renter-friendly. They go on easily, can be repositioned, and remove cleanly without leaving sticky residue behind.
What does rental-friendly actually mean?
It means the decals are removable and non-permanent. The non-permanent adhesive allows you to gently peel them off, even after they’ve been in place for a long time. For best results, follow the tips in our removal guide.
How do I remove them safely?
Wall condition matters, but here’s how to minimise any risk:
- Use a hairdryer on low heat for 30–60 seconds to warm the adhesive
- Peel slowly from one corner, keeping the decal close to the wall
- Reheat stubborn areas as you go
- Avoid installing or removing decals from freshly painted walls — wait at least four weeks

How long do they last?
They’re designed to last for years, but when you're ready to refresh the space, they’re easy to remove or swap out.
Will they work on all wall types?
They stick best to smooth, clean walls. If your surface is textured, we recommend testing a small sample before applying a full set.

Quite possibly the easiest way to decorate! I loved the hand-drawn/painted look of the birds and branches. Super easy to apply, I did it by myself in not more than ten minutes with my baby scuttling around my feet 😂 I like that you can play a bit with the leaf and bird placement. I broke one section when peeling off the backing paper but it is undetectable to the naked eye and I expect I'll only find it again when I go to move the decal! Highly recommend these decals.
