By placing an order with Tiny Walls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

• Preferred Method: We accept credit card payments via Shopify.
• Other Payment Options:
  • PayPal (account creation not required).
  • Afterpay and Zip: These allow payments in four equal installments, due every two weeks, with no fees if payments are made on time.
  • Bank deposits: Instructions will be provided after checkout.

Production Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Weekends and Australian public holidays are excluded.
• During high-demand periods, such as sales, production times may extend. Delays will be communicated promptly.
• For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss rush processing options.

Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Free for Australian orders over $200.
• Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout). Note that express shipping speeds up delivery but not production times.
• Delivery: Orders are shipped via a trackable Australia Post service. Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
• Safe Drop: Australia Post may leave your package in a safe location if you're not home, or you may be required to collect it from the nearest outlet.

Product Information

• Our wallpaper and wall decals are made from finely woven polyester fabric with a low-tack, eco-friendly, non-toxic adhesive backing.
• Products are removable and reusable. Keep the original backing sheet for transport or reapplication.

Important Product Information

• Surface Suitability:

  • Allow freshly painted walls to cure for four weeks before applying.
  • Not recommended for textured, brick, or "wash-and-wear"/Teflon-based paints (e.g., Dulux Wash and Wear, Haymes Professional).
  • Suitable only for smooth surfaces.

• Preparation: Proper wall preparation is the responsibility of the customer. Tiny Walls cannot guarantee results on unprepared or unsuitable surfaces.

• Removal: While removable, we cannot guarantee paint will not lift during removal due to varying paint types and wall conditions.

• Samples: To ensure compatibility and satisfaction, purchase a sample before committing to a full-size product.

Lighting and Colour Perception

• Colours may vary due to lighting in your space, including natural and artificial light sources.
• Testing a sample in your intended installation area is highly recommended.

Returns & Refunds

• General Policy: Refunds or exchanges are not available for "change of mind" purchases or customer errors.

• Defective Products: If your item is defective or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it depending on the circumstances.

• Sample Testing: Always test a sample to ensure the product meets your needs.

Return Shipping

• If a return is authorized, instructions and a return address will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Tiny Walls is not responsible for lost returns.

Sales & Promotions

• Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with sitewide automatic discounts, and are limited to one per order.
• Promotions are subject to change without notice.

Customer Content Usage Policy

By submitting reviews, photos, or videos to Tiny Walls, you agree to the following:

• Permission to Use: You grant Tiny Walls a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your submitted content across marketing channels, including:

  • Social media posts
  • Email campaigns
  • Website promotions
  • Social media advertising 

• Ownership and Rights: You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Editing and Adaptation: Tiny Walls reserves the right to edit or adapt your content for marketing purposes, ensuring the edits remain respectful and true to its original intent.

• Brand Alignment: Submitted content must align with Tiny Walls’ brand values. Tiny Walls reserves the right to decline or remove inappropriate or irrelevant content.

• Personal Information: Tiny Walls will not use personally identifiable information (e.g., full names or addresses) without explicit consent.

• Opt-Out: You may revoke permission for future use of your content by contacting us at hello@tinywalls.com.au.

Photos and Videos:

• By submitting photos or videos featuring Tiny Walls products, you confirm you have obtained necessary permissions from other individuals or rights holders included in the content.
