  2. Order Placement

    Orders can be placed online through our website at www.tinywalls.com.au.
    All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives where applicable.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.

  3. Payment Methods

    We accept various payment methods, including credit card payments via Shopify, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. Detailed payment options are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
    Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

  4. Pricing

    All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
    We strive for accuracy in our pricing, but we reserve the right to correct any errors. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it and issue a refund.

  5. Production Times

    Our products are printed in-house and made to order. Production times typically up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), production times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.

  6. Shipping and Delivery

    We offer free standard shipping within Australia, although the threshold for free shipping may vary depending on current promotions. Please check the website at the time of purchase for the applicable free shipping threshold.
    Express shipping is available at an additional cost, as outlined during the checkout process.
    Orders are shipped using a trackable service provided by Australia Post. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Tiny Walls is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or any other carrier.

  7. Sample Ordering

    We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order for wallpaper or decals. Samples allow you to evaluate the colour, pattern, scale, and texture in your specific environment.
    The purchase of a sample does not guarantee the availability of the full product at a later date, as our designs are subject to change and availability.

  8. Product Suitability and Refund Policy

    We do not offer refunds for products applied to surfaces where the paint is in poor condition or has peeled off during removal. Comprehensive product suitability and installation guidelines are provided on our website, and it is the purchaser's responsibility to assess the suitability of their walls before applying our products.

    Our wallpapers and decals are specifically designed for smooth, non-textured surfaces. They are not recommended for freshly painted walls, textured surfaces, or walls with old, flaky, or improperly applied paint. Surfaces that have been freshly painted but not adequately prepped, primed, or applied are also considered unsuitable for installation.

    Please carefully review all product details and installation instructions to avoid any issues.

    IMPORTANT: Do not apply wall decals to freshly painted walls. Allow at least 4 weeks for the paint to fully cure and "outgas" before installation to prevent bubbling or the decals falling off. Avoid applying to walls with old, flaky, or improperly applied paint, as this may affect adhesion and durability. Please note: While our products are designed to be removable, there is a risk of paint damage upon removal, especially if the wall surface is not in ideal condition.

  9. Changes to Orders

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

  10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.
In the event of a defect or error on our part, we will offer a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the circumstances.

  1. Lighting and Colour Perception

Be aware that lighting conditions in your home can significantly impact how colours appear. We recommend testing a sample in your space to ensure the colour meets your expectations before placing a full order.

  1. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases. Please review the terms of any promotion before applying it to your order.
