Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Tiny Walls, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

  • Our preferred method of accepting credit card payments is through Shopify.
  • We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Using this service does not require the creation of a PayPal account.
  • We also accept payments through Afterpay and Zip. These services allow you to make payments over four equal installments, due every two weeks. If you pay on time, there are no fees or charges.
  • Payments may also be made by bank deposit. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be provided with instructions.

Production Times

  • We print in-house and strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday). Weekends and public holidays in Australia are not included in this calculation.
  • There may be a delay in production during sale periods due to high demand.
  • If we are waiting for supplier deliveries or facing high demand, there may be a delay in processing your order.
  • Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as they become known.
  • If you require a rush order, please contact us, as we may be able to accommodate your request.

Shipping

  • We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia.
  • Express shipping is available at an extra cost, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note, this does not speed up production times, only postage times.
  • Orders are delivered using a trackable service provided by Australia Post.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your status and provide you with a tracking number.
  • If you have any specific delivery instructions, please leave a message at checkout.
  • Australia Post may leave your package if it is safe to do so if you are not home to accept it, or a card will be left, and you will be required to pick up your package at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
  • Any questions regarding delivery should be directed to hello@tinywalls.com.au.

Product Information

  • Our wallpaper and wall decals are printed on a finely woven polyester fabric material with a low-tack adhesive backing.
  • The fabric material is based on eco-friendly substances, is non-toxic, and is free of phthalates.
  • All of our products are removable and reusable. You should keep the backing sheet in case you need to transport your wallpaper or wall decals in the future.

Important Product Information

  • It is not recommended to apply this product to freshly painted walls. Prior to installation, please allow four weeks for your paint to outgas.
  • The product should not be installed on walls that have been painted with "wash and wear" or Teflon-based paints. This includes popular ranges such as Dulux Wash and Wear and Haymes Professional.
  • It is not recommended to install this product on textured or brick walls. Installation is only recommended for smooth surfaces.
  • Please make sure your wall surface is prepared correctly before applying wallpaper or wall decals. We cannot guarantee the reaction of your walls to our products based on the preparation or paintwork you perform.
  • Tiny Walls is not responsible for any damage caused by the removal of our products. It is not possible for us to guarantee that our product can be removed without lifting the paint.
  • As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to ensure that your walls are properly prepared and that the paint quality is suitable for the application of our products.
  • Our purchasing policy and product disclaimers provide detailed information about the factors to consider before installing our products, and we encourage customers to read and understand these guidelines thoroughly.
  • We highly recommend purchasing a sample before placing an order for wallpaper or decals to ensure the product meets your specific needs and fits perfectly in your space. If a sample is not available for the product you're interested in, please feel free to ask—we're here to help.
  • Please note that the colour of the product may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to factors like room lighting. Testing a sample in your own home environment is essential to achieving the desired result.

Lighting and Color Perception

  • Please be aware that lighting in your home can significantly affect how colors appear compared to what you see online. Natural light, artificial lighting, and the direction of light sources can all influence the perceived color and texture of our products.
  • It is highly recommended to test a sample in the exact location where the product will be installed to ensure that the color is what you desire under your specific lighting conditions. This will help to avoid any surprises once the product is installed.
  • Keep in mind that colors may look warmer or cooler depending on the type of light in your room, so testing is crucial to ensure satisfaction with the final result.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please make your selection carefully. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns regarding your order. Our team is extremely friendly and will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Please order a sample to test the colour before committing to a full wall of wallpaper or decals. We will not refund or exchange any wallpaper or decals orders for 'change of mind' sales or if you have made a mistake.
  • In the event that our products are defective or not as described, we will replace, refund, or repair your order, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

  • If you are granted permission to return your item, we will provide the return address to you.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless your item is deemed faulty. In that case, the return shipping costs will be on us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Sales & Promotions

  • Discount coupons are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer, including sitewide automatic discounts.
  • If a sitewide automatic discount is active, no additional discount codes may be used.
  • Limited to one per order, not applicable during sitewide automatic sales.
